History

TECNICAER Engineering s.r.l. was founded in Aosta in 2004 by two professionals, Fabio Inzani, an hospital design engineer, and Stefano Bonfante, an electrical engineer, aiming to transfer their deep knowledge and expertise into an entrepreneurial venture.

Soon, the company grew and opened its first branch in Turin. Inzani and Bonfante embarked on a new management approach by introducing a quality system as a starting point, creating a highly qualified team of professionals, and strengthening internal resources and know-how in the field of healthcare, educational, correctional facility design, and large public projects.

In recent years, the need to be closer to the clients and to the operational areas has led to the opening of Milan and Florence offices. Each branch has its own identity and provides specialized services.

Work with us

Every project starts with a shared vision.

A dynamic organisation in constant evolution, Tecnicaer Engineering offers the opportunity to work on major integrated building projects in Italy and internationally.

The Group

Within the Group, Tecnicaer is part of the Mythos consortium, a multidisciplinary organisation that brings together architectural and engineering expertise within a coordinated operating model, focused on advanced design development and a BIM-based approach. In the field of research and innovation, Tecnicaer takes part in the Joint Research Partnership (JRP) – Healthcare Infrastructures, promoted by Politecnico di Milano and Fondazione Politecnico di Milano, as a Platinum Partner, contributing to programmes dedicated to the evolution of healthcare infrastructure and complex organisational models.

In the healthcare sector, Tecnicaer designs facilities in line with Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, integrating quality, safety and clinical organisation requirements into the design process through pre-assessment activities developed in partnership with Progea Servizi.

Certifications

Quality, safety and sustainability as design standards

Tecnicaer’s certifications reflect a concrete commitment to process quality, environmental protection and occupational safety. They are not merely formal achievements, but operational tools that ensure reliability, control and compliance at every stage of the project.
