{"id":9809,"date":"2026-03-25T14:25:03","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T13:25:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tecnicaer.com\/progetti\/ospedale-oglio-po\/"},"modified":"2026-06-22T09:56:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T07:56:24","slug":"ospedale-oglio-po","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/mcidemo.it\/tecnicaer\/en\/portfolio\/ospedale-oglio-po\/","title":{"rendered":"Oglio Po Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The project for the <strong>Oglio Po Hospital<\/strong> involved a comprehensive refurbishment of the building envelope, combined with <strong>seismic upgrading<\/strong> of the structures, with the aim of improving the <strong>building\u2019s energy performance<\/strong> and <strong>increasing safety standards.<br \/>\n<\/strong>The intervention focused exclusively on the <strong>external components of the building<\/strong>, specifically the fa\u00e7ades and the roof.<br \/>\nThe fa\u00e7ades were completely renovated through the installation of a new system consisting of <strong>insulated prefabricated panels<\/strong> and <strong>high-performance windows<\/strong>, replacing the original elements from the 1990s, which had deteriorated over time. This intervention significantly improved the <strong>energy performance of the envelope<\/strong> and the <strong>overall quality<\/strong> of the external surfaces.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the roof was entirely refurbished with the <strong>installation of rock wool insulation layers<\/strong> and <strong>highly reflective waterproof membranes<\/strong>.
