Training and professional practice can no longer operate separately and independently but must increasingly feed off each other. Tecnicaer Academy supports the training of Tecnicaer collaborators by identifying highly qualified and educational paths, in line with the company\u2019s internal personal growth project.<\/p>

We aim to implement engineering and architectural projects with high-level training to guide candidates towards professional growth focused on design choices that allow for the creation of beautiful, comfortable, and functional structures.
