Data are processed for institutional purposes connected with or instrumental to the activities of our company, such as filing, processing, invoicing, and client management, and in particular:

5. Certification that the operations referred to in points 3 and 4 have been communicated to those to whom the data have been disclosed, except where this proves impossible or involves disproportionate means relative to the right protected;
6. To object, wholly or partly, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
7. To object, wholly or partly, to the processing of personal data concerning them for commercial information, advertising, direct sales, market research or interactive commercial communication, and to be informed \u2014 at the latest when data are communicated or disclosed \u2014 of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.<\/p>\n

The data subject may authorise other persons or associations to exercise these rights on their behalf by written delegation or proxy.
